- Design Configuration for IT infrastructure network and supervise its implementation.
- Identify business requirements and deliver cost-effective infrastructure solutions to the organization
- Monitor systems, networks, and send assessment reports from time to time to the seniors
- Update the knowledge on recent developments in IT Infrastructure and apply it to company's network as per the organization's needs
- Revise and modify systems to ensure security within network environment.
- Advising on the purchase of networking software, hardware and other IT supplies.
- Acting as the technical escalation point within the networking team
- Prioritizing and troubleshooting complex network and systems issues, ranging from low level hardware right through to application level.
- Giving quality feedback and service to customers at all times.
- Securing network systems by enforcing policies and monitoring access to them.
- Designs, administrates, and supports systems, networks, and application infrastructure (e.g. LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, systems security, global email systems, etc.)
- Responsible for supporting Branch offices and Partner Countries and AD management and maintenance (AD, Exchange, Backups) and Responsible for systems backups using Symantec Backup Exec.
- Configure, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot Exchange server and associated technologies for Email data transport (Anti-SPAM, DNS, SMTP) and OWA (Outlook Web Access)
- Manages Windows network (users, computers, printers, etc) with Active Director for the headquarters and branch offices.
- Provide Sys Admin Support as required to maintain user accounts, DNS,DHCP, WINS, etc. and maintaining connectivity to the internet and VPN to Area office (Head Office - Riyadh)
