My team and I have to develop the marketing plan as well as a business plan for a local consulting firm that manufactures small bio-briquettes aimed at replacing charcoal, firewoods,...in cooking and warming activities in Pretoria (South-Africa). We will go on-site for a period of 3 weeks during summer.
