The founder of the Washington, DC-area lobbying and public relations firm Keystone Strategy + Advocacy, Ari Mittleman handles functions that include spearheading public/government relations services for international clientele, negotiating bipartisan trade preference agreements, and managing both financial and operational affairs for federal political action committees. Ari Mittleman’s responsibilities with Keystone extend to the ghostwriting of targeted op-eds for chief executive officers and public officials.
Before founding Keystone, Ari Mittleman worked as as senior adviser to a US senator traveling upward of 100,000 miles with and on behalf of the Senator. He also served tenures as a grant writer and an elementary teacher with the Center for Peace, Nonviolence and Human Rights in Osijek, Croatia.
Outside of the work environment, Mr. Mittleman enjoys gardening and off-the-beaten-path travel. He also supports the general public as an officer with the Greater Maryland Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association and as founding board chairman of the St. Bernard Project.
