An experienced consultant and nonprofit administrator, Ari Betof holds an Ed.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, where he completed a dissertation that was awarded with distinction on the organizational and financial sustainability of Friends Schools. Dr. Ari Betof brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership development, organizational dynamics, and nonprofit administration to his current work as president of Organizational Sustainability Consulting, LLC, in Brookline, Massachusetts.
In addition, Dr. Ari Betof is serving as a senior advisor to the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. He has served in trustee positions for the Friends Council on Education, an organization that represents Quaker schools across the United States, provides supportive services, and facilitates school-to-school collaboration. In this role, Dr. Betof acted as a founding member of the working group that launched the National Friends Education Fund.
In the past, Dr. Betof served as head of school at New Garden Friends School in North Carolina and director of institutional advancement and director of enrollment management and strategic planning at George School in Pennsylvania.
