Responsible for a 16M€ budget, 20 managed collaborators
Development of the brand’s acquisition and communication strategy :
Building of the online acquisition plan (search, shopbots, affiliation, email...);
Development of the offline communication (“historical” medias, mailings, street marketing...);
Building of the customer loyalty strategy :
Optimizing the customer experience via the graphical and ergonomic redesign of the site’s key-pages ;
Development of the retention’s policy : customer’s emailing strategy, separate speech between prospects & customers, rewriting of the customer relationship contents...
