    • Building of the customer loyalty strategy :
    • Optimizing the customer experience via the graphical and ergonomic redesign of the site’s key-pages ;
    • Development of the retention’s policy : customer’s emailing strategy, separate speech between prospects & customers, rewriting of the customer relationship contents...
    • Definition and tracking of the key indicators of our business performance ;
