  • International Project Manager at Cabestan (a French Email Service Provider) my job is to work with our international clients to achieve their targets in email marketing and to setup new projects in their local offices or on an international level.
  • Along with the International Development Director, I work on expanding the company on new markets (Spain and UK this far) by opening new offices, hiring people to join the local team, and train them.

  • My work among the International development team helped settle the local teams (hiring, training and followup) and securing these offices on the human resources level as well as sales results (in just over a year time).

    I trained the local email managers from each country.
    I also was a first level support for email marketing issues
  • Along with the mailpepper managing director, I worked on new direct marketing projects and products as well as implanting these in the different ad pepper media countries
Detailed Description
  • As part of the "mailpepper Profit Center" team I was in charge of helping the business unit's Managing Director to imagine new products, and to package them. This was made with the help of the countries' sales and operational teams who provided us their feedbacks on sales or setup issues, on specific needs and necessary market driven adjustments so we could tailor our products to match the local markets' specificity.
  • When the French office took over the management of the business unit, we analysed the situation and successfully decided to bring up changes on the following:

    • Change of the Email Service Provider for a more efficient one.
    • On the product level (where we progressively shifted from a lead to a CPM model by packaging a new product called "mailpepper pack")

    This work made the overall email marketing revenue of the company increase over 200% in a couple of years time on the email channel.

  • For my campaign management on all Bestofmedia websites task I used an adserver (adtech).
  • For my traffic management mission, I used a range of tools and levers such as affiliate platforms, partnerships, display ads, search engine optimisation and search engine marketing.
  • To monitor the results of all these channels, I used a mix of website analytics and excel followup sheets.
