After graduating from highschool in Belgium, I had the opportunity to spend 10 months in California, United-States. I got accepted to Da Vinci Charter Academy in Davis as a senior. This school is an innovative project-oriented High school that requires both soft and hard skills in order to succeed.
The Solvay Business Game (in partnership with McKinsey) is the largest business game in Europe. The SBG is divided into 4 challenges: pitch, negociation, marketing and strategy. Each challenge is sponsord by an important world-known company such as McKinsey, BDO, Unilever, Degroof-Petercam. Solving these challenges required both hard and soft skills, particularly to work in teams and to manage financial figures. Among more than 1300 applicants from 70 countries, only 400 were selected to take part of this rich experience.
