  • o Prepared a telemarketing campaign jointly launched by Sogeti and HP for customers of both companies : account mapping, writing a phone script. This campaign aimed to offer solutions to overcome Windows Server 2003 end of support : updating or migrating to the Cloud.
  • o Collected customers references of the Partnership Sogeti-HP. Developed Knowledge Management skills by working with a Knowledge Manager of Capgemini in India.
  • o Restructured and completed Global Microsoft Alliance community and HP Solutions community on TeamPark, internal social network of Sogeti. Improved my team spirit by carrying out this project with the Sogeti USA Marketing and Communication Manager and with the TeamPark Manager.
  • o Wrote the text of the Sogeti-HP Partnership webpage on Sogeti.com. Succeeded in highlighting the value of Sogeti-HP solutions.
  • o Assisted occasionally a management controler of Sogeti Corporate : drawed up a newletter in English for all Sogeti branches all over the world, about how to take into account severance costs in the accounting of the company. I also set up a reporting calendar in English for the closure of Sogeti accounts of June 2015. Learnt some methods and processes of management control.
  • Was entrusted with contacting the CA’s “Crédit Renouvelable” customers to inform them that they could benefit from promotions on the interest rates of revolving credit facilities
  • Made sure to be customer focused keeping in mind each customer’s needs and concerns in answering their questions and in highlighting the advantages of these facilities’ promotional rates
  • Provided varied administrative support to conclude formalities for revolving credit cardholders and to back up my colleagues
  • Met month’s sales targets; expanded computer skills, & perfected interpersonal skills by adapting to multiple situations, learning to negotiate and influence
