Lately, I have been sent 3 weeks at the headquarter of the National Bank of Canada in Montreal as I have been assigned to a new big project of over a year splitted by 4 squads. Each squad counts around 10 people including Dev, BA, Scrum Master...etc And 1 QA Analyst. I am responsible of a squad. Thus I am leading the QA activities in my squad by guiding the stakeholder on how to cover properly the sprints in term of QA.
This is a two years program. This education provided me an understanding of the global business environment: it’s actors, it’s issues and challenges, and the technical and functional skills necessary to succeed in sales. It's includind marketing and management.
