Antoine Chaya

A leader in the information technology sector, Antoine Chaya works for the Oracle Corporation, a California-based software firm, as a senior director in the strategic accounts area. He served the same corporation as director of consulting in Atlanta before relocating to California to serve in his current position. Prior to joining Oracle, Antoine Chaya studied at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned both his MBA in management and his PhD in information technology management.

While studying toward the latter degree, Antoine Chaya conducted original research and co-authored papers for publications like the Journal of Management Information Systems and the Proceedings of the 26th Annual Hawaii International Conference on Systems Sciences. His research appeared in the former under the title "Cost effectiveness of Organizations: The Impact of IT Spending" and in the latter as "The Relationship between IT Investments and Organizational Performance: Preliminary Empirical Evidence." As a doctoral student, Antoine Chaya also taught classes in strategy and IT at the Georgia Institute of Technology's College of Management.
