Winner of AMS Challenge - BNP Paribas The objective of this challenge, organised by BNP Paribas Asset Management and Services, was to propose a new bank strategy targeting graduates. In a four-members-team, I designed bank offerings for young graduates and developed an application to present them to the jury. To identify the graduates’ expectations towards their bank, we performed a qualitative and quantitative market study through the organisation of a focus group and a survey. Finally, we presented our propositions to the BNP AMS executive committee and won the challenge.
