  • Markets are changing very quickly. Companies need to be entrepreneurial,
competitive and even disruptive to keep the pace. While at the same time they need
to be human, collaborative and open to spark creativity.

It is the mission of Wemanity to bridge the gap between the innovative and
entrepreneurial startup mentality and the need to sustain, evolve and strenghten
existing business models. We strive for agility in the broadest sense of the word. Agile
    Systems, Agile People, Agile Innovation.

We are an extremely entrepreunerial community of agile & digital talent. A curious and
agile driving force, who work for companies that are entrepreneurial themselves.

    Because we are Wemanity

Student Project

  • Winner of AMS Challenge - BNP Paribas
The objective of this challenge, organised by BNP Paribas Asset Management and Services, was to propose a new bank strategy targeting graduates. In a four-members-team, I designed bank offerings for young graduates and developed an application to present them to the jury. To identify the graduates’ expectations towards their bank, we performed a qualitative and quantitative market study through the organisation of a focus group and a survey. Finally, we presented our propositions to the BNP AMS executive committee and won the challenge.
  • EFREI International
The objective of this student association (eight team members) is to support foreign students coming to study at EFREI. Many nationalities are represented, incl. Spanish, Polish, Colombian, Chinese, Korean. As the vice-president, I prepared their arrival, organised accommodation, and assisted them through the academic year to find new bearings in a dense and unknown city and with the French education scheme.
