Dr. Anthony Amoroso is a Texas-based emergency physician who, through US Acute Care Solutions, works at the Level II trauma center at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan, Texas. In addition to providing life-saving treatment to patients, Dr. Anthony Amoroso is responsible for supervising mid-level providers and training Texas A&M medical students as well as family practice residents and residents from a local military program. He is also credentialed to work in numerous rural critical access hospitals throughout Texas.
Despite having been employed full-time as an emergency physician since 2003, Dr. Anthony Amoroso manages Brazos Valley Charting, which he founded in 2007 as a real-time charting service for Texas-based ERs. Since establishing the company, he has employed more than 200 transcriptionists who have worked at hospitals in New Braunfels, Killeen, and Bryan. Dr. Amoroso earned his doctor of medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center after completing his first two years of study at Texas Tech University Health Sciences School of Medicine. He also holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Texas Christian University.
