Extensive data analysis and processing, e.g. ABC/XYZ analyes and preparation of a spendcube database
Recording process descriptions in workshops and interviews and supporting process optimization, e.g. of order processing and production planning processes
Contribution to the development of individualized company simulation games and execution with client employees
Research tasks related to the acquisition of new clients
