Internship in HR and Business Development in Munich. Participated in a start-up project, BoomIT, in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Czech Republic. Tasks: Competitor analyses, contact with potential clients, find and hire talent.
A practice year in Germany, Frankfurt. Communicate in German with Branch Manager and delegate work in goods receipt. Solve challenges related to storing, missing items and workforce training.
