Project: Construction and Erection of 2 GE frame 9E Gas Turbines, Generators and auxiliaries in Bouchema Tunisia Fast Track Power Project (3 Months)
Realizations:
Mechanical Construction & Commissioning in Bouchema Power Plant –250 MW which consists of Two GE 9E
To ensure efficient inter-discipline release: foundations to Equipment, then Equipment release to Piping / Hydro; coordination with Electrical and Instrumentation
To supervise the work performed by the contractor; to check its progress as per schedule and budget; and to achieve completion dates as per contract.
Check the preparation, issue and implementation by contractor of construction means, including documents, detailed procedures, method statements, drawings, calculation notes, construction equipment, personnel, planning, as-built documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, and back-up procedures if necessary.
Project: Construction and Erection of 8 GE frame 9E Gas Turbines, Generators and auxiliaries in New Assiut Fast Track Power Project, Was part of a team to deliver 8x9E turbines installed & operated on time achieving a world record in installation & deliverance.

Mechanical Construction & Commissioning in New Assiut Simple Cycle Power Plant –1000 MW which consists of Eight GE 9E
Helped in delivering a turbine, that was flipped during transportation, on time
Technically advised on Equipment Package With all required Balance of plant systems - On-base piping and equipment according to GE Standards of quality & safety.
Ensuring that design and quality requirements are maintained during construction phase.
Using feedback from the sites to provide engineering with information which could be used to develop better products.
Ensuring the completion and commissioning requirements are fully covered and clear. Participating, if required, to the elaboration of the procedure, and ensuring it is well understood by the site team.
