Implementation of the new SNCF distribution strategy in Europe
Maximizing sales of the assigned key accounts and small accounts (TMCs, TOs and leisure agencies)
Prospection of new trade partners
Representation of SNCF at travel trade events in Europe (WTM, Rendez-vous en France, local travel trade fairs, events and workshops)
Analyzing & reporting on sales data -Defining area sales and marketing strategy, lead commercial and marketing campaigns and the incentive programs -Performation of presentations, webinars and training sessions related to our products and tools -Preparation of regular reports to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
