Channel administration: • Create rich and creative content • Manage flow all communication and reports • Develop new channel of communication • Improve overall communication tone, layout and consistency across channels
Seller Relation: • Develop relationships with sellers on Lazada by organizing regular events, meetings, workshops • Initiate and manage projects for process and training improvement, new products, services for sellers • Build up Seller Care program, seller awards
Internal communication: • Develop internal publications such as newsletters, email announcements, intranet • Develop communication plan for delivery of corporate culture and business strategy among departments
Cold calling and pitch merchants, follow up on leads, call potential sellers to set appointments
Present Lazada Marketplace and convince sellers to start selling on Lazada. Negotiate contract terms and structure deals. Actively contribute to and manage a sales funnel in Salesforce.com software
Assist merchants with setting up their LAZADA account - including listing of products, charges as well as other relevant queries
Closely follow up with merchants to attain necessary documents & information. Work with the rest of the Marketplace team to get images and text of the sellers products online. Work with Marketing to boost sales
