- Collaborated with small interdisciplinary team to develop and bring to market a patent-pending coffee press; ran successful crowdfunding campaign, securing $64,000 CAD in 30 days
- Managed customer service platform by addressing concerns from emerging supporter base and drove all customer-facing content in transition to e-commerce; achieved pre-order base of 998 customers and three wholesale leads
- Led marketing efforts to develop consistent and unified branding through website design, social media campaigns, and retail packaging; achieved 7,500 followers on Instagram, 3,000 on Twitter, and up to 7,000 monthly website views
