- Executed project for procurement of integrated fill-seal machine to meet customer demand for new packaging format; prepared report for executive management after technical evaluation of options and obtained $500,000 purchase order
- Oversaw installation and commissioning of end of line palletizing and strapping equipment by coordinating with key stakeholders; achieved 80% reduction of WIP inventory in surrounding area and increased line capacity by 30%
- Participated in development and review of palletizing patterns for new product launch; evaluated options based on differential unit cost and structural stability of pallet, resulting in annual savings of $30,000
- Performed environmental impact assessment of plant effluent treatment process following non-compliance notice from municipal authority; proposed ecologically sustainable changes to limit contaminant levels to acceptable limits
