I’m a seasoned digital executive, entrepreneur and leader. In the last 10 years I have founded three companies and sold two. My passion is in building products and teams that serve customers first, and commit to big goals.
In my role at Accenture Digital, I created an Innovation team covering Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. My area of responsibility is shaping and building long-term innovation for our clients. I help large hospitality groups, automotive, and consumer products groups.
As a Founder of Perx, I managed the company from idea stage to growth stage. We originally helped SMBs connect with their customers through mobile crm. We then grew in the enterprise space as I signed American Express, AIMIA, Unilever, Singtel, Danone and EZLink.
I have worn many hats in my career – project manager, team manager, digital marketer, and start-up founder. I have experienced the full business cycle from product idea to exit, a few times. These experiences shaped a few principles:

The first and largest local group buying business in Hawaii. Clients included a wide range of businesses: mid to high-end restaurants, hotel groups, museums and shows. PLAYHawaii focused on helping merchants attract new customers and retain repeat customers through a group buying platform.
Grew monthly sales to over USD $250k per month with a 5-person team
Responsible for all Sales and Marketing until initial traction.
Secured angel funding to commit full-time to the business.
Built and managed sales team in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Led participation in local charity campaigns including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Toys For Tots, and American Red Cross.
Sold to Crowdsavings.com (an nCrowd company) in October 2011
Managed a team of 8 people in the area of HR software implementation. The company grew from targeting small/medium sized enterprises to large businesses. Our team was critical in launching a strategic new service which helped businesses manage all human resources issues from one web based application.
Founder of Proservice became an investor in my venture with Playhawaii.com.
Responsible for company-wide Internet strategy. Developed multiple sources of Internet leads, including search engine optimization. Generated marketing strategy benchmarked on a 3x ROI for all advertising spending. Outlined roadmap for future website development to elevate website as the prefered resource for everything related to Hawaii real estate.
Responsible for generating new business for the company through the development of relationships with businesses and partners in, or affiliated with our industry. Lead efforts to expand the company through the acquisition, merger or fold in of other real estate firms.
Responsible for revenue growth and lead generation for the Ecommerce team. Activities included, email campaign management, paid search marketing, and partnerships. Managed a team of 10 people in the areas of merchandising, customer service, and order fulfillment. Achieved consistent double-digit percentage revenue growth, while reducing operating expenses.
