An accomplished culinary professional, Andrew Mazza spent more than three years as a sous chef with Eat Clean Bro in Freehold, New Jersey, where he was responsible for creating menus and managing more than 30 employees in a kitchen that produced over 20,000 meals each week. Prior to joining Eat Clean Bro, Andrew Mazza was a chef with Seoul Fusion, a food truck that combined traditional Mexican and Asian flavors to create its innovative menu.
In his role with Seoul Fusion, Mr. Mazza leveraged his classical Korean culinary training to develop new menu items and to help cater private events. He holds an associate of arts in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. A former high school hockey player, Mr. Mazza maintains an interest in the sport, as well as in motorcycles and tattoos. He is currently working on plans to develop a company called Stay Baked, which offers CBD-infused food items.
