The recipient of a Level 6 apprenticeship from Iron Workers Union Local 416, Andrew Jares Oldfield completed a bachelor's degree with a focus in cinema at Humboldt State University, where he was also a member of the school's football team. While pursuing his degree, Andrew Jares Oldfield worked as a property manager for Cloverfield & Broadway Limited and achieved 100 percent occupancy for the seven-space commercial area over the course of a three-year period.

In 2013, Andrew Jares Oldfield was hired by UDC Corp. as a junior project manager and gained valuable experience in regard to the construction of government and defense-based projects. He completed 11 unique projects through one year with the company and was subsequently hired by Crown Acquisitions, where he served as a project manager for the construction of multifamily residential properties valued as high as $350 million. He later held a similar role with Bergman KPRS.

Most recently, he was hired by Randstad Engineering to serve as a construction superintendent with Holder Construction and assist with the completion of Apple Inc.'s headquarters in Cupertino, California. In this capacity, Mr. Oldfield oversees subcontractor assignments and works with crew members to complete upwards of 15 close-out tasks per day.

Aside from his work, he is a wildlife enthusiast who enjoys catch-and-release fishing and rescuing birds and other animals.
