Andrew Hopely

Serving as a Discover Card collection representative, Andrew Hopely provides client services ranging from interest rate program deployment to managing accounts that are past due. Since 2016, Andrew Hopely has achieved a pair of promotions and received awards for excellence in areas such as customer service and overall performance.

With a background in education, Mr. Hopely previously served as a community service representative with AmeriCorps in Portland, Oregon. His responsibilities included teaching subjects such as math, music, and American sign language. He also oversaw budget aspects of programs and assisted in the construction of residences for those living in underserved communities.

From 2007 to 2012, Mr. Hopely was a youth leader with the Church at Litchfield Park in Arizona and organized a range of team building excursions. Overseeing weekly group meetings, he implemented new programs that helped achieve outreach and organizational expansion. Andrew Hopely holds a BA in education with a minor in mathematics earned at Arizona State University in Tempe.
