I have been working on the development of a new service called Bifrost. I had to analyze the market, the competitors, the potential customers. Moreover, I had to do the positioning, segmentation, targeting, vision, values, slogan, customer journey, SWOT, pestel, etc. Finally, I had to create all the social media channels and develop the marketing strategy.
