Managing customer accounts from France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, South Africa & Kenya
Sales order processing and follow up via SAP to reach the company's monthly sales target
Managing and solving conflicts with customers such as missing orders, delayed shipments, incorrect pricing, VAT issues, Export documentation compliance etc
Liasing and communicating efficiently with customers and internally with Sales, Production, Logistics, Accounts, Marketing, Plants and Warehouses
first year: as an exchange student at the Freie Universität Berlin (Germany)
second year: in Nantes (France) during the 1st semester / at the Manchester Metropolitan University (England) as an exchange student during the 2nd semester
