• Translating customer or business requirements into working instructions for Delivery
• Creating and re-negotiating the Service Level Agreements with business units (clients, Enterprise teams)
• Providing detailed reports as per an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance reports
• Managing the transition phase of transferring the functional, technical and procedural knowledge.
• Attend clients meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Manage the partnership and maintain prerequisites for partnership levels required
• Ensuring that quality services are delivered with regard to the agreed SLA
• Designing and planning new services and products with marketing teams
• Evaluating Existing ICT models and technology to cope with existing technology and market element
• Evaluating vendors and products for new services and products
• Planning and perform high level design for ICT infrastructure services
• Support business case development
• Agree Concept documents, processes, OLA and change requests with Business units
• Responsible for the delivery of services within the SLAs and KPIs.
• Planning and maintaining the forecast and demand management
• Provide awareness sessions and technical session to both enterprise sales / Marketing teams, upon issuing new products/ services
• Management of the ICT Service Delivery function within Agreed SLA/OLA
• Responsible of managing the quality of deliverables of ICT services and products, and that ICT standards is applied
• Ensure the delivered services are fit to purpose, carrying out relevant reviews as necessary
• Establish or refine service delivery processes
