• Work Closely with ICT and Managed Services design and validation
• Work closely with marketing product development team on new and existing Managed Services
• Works with deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit,
• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
• Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
• Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
• Solution Design creates the overall solution architecture and documents it in high-level design documents that underpin lower level design documents and costing activities.
• Work with the bid team on tenders and responses to RFP
• Maintain network business pipeline and forecast with the sales
• Manage the partnership and maintain prerequisites for partnership levels required
• Manage partnership reviews, certifications, forecasts and regular meetings
• Vendor interface of contact products /offers validation
• Calculate cost and provide the overall pricing upon company assigned policy.
