(a) Responsible for end to end Recruitment functions at Corporate.
(b) Responsible for Maintenance of TAT, Employee MIS, Organization Structure and designing the KRAs.
(c) Responsible for Joining Formalities, confirmation process & Tracking
(d) Responsible for issuing Appointment letter, confirmation letter.
(e) Responsible for Attendance and Leave administration of the Employees.
(f) Responsible for Monthly Input Compilation for Salary, Monthly Provisions and Full & Final settlement.
(g) Responsible for assisting the employees in Investment process and e-filing of annual income tax return.
(h) Responsible for Performance Management System activities.
(i) Responsible for total out sourcing activities (Security Services & Housekeeping Services).
(j) Responsible for Facility & Employee Engagement Services for the employees (Subsidized Cafeteria services, CUG Facility, Anniversary Gift Voucher & Thought for the Day etc.).
(k) Responsible for Group Mediclaim & Personal Accidental policy of the employees.
(l) Responsible for well-designed union-free grievance procedure ensures that the employee has ample opportunity to make complaints without fear of reprisal.
