Reinforced the applications team increasing sales force of the company: evaluated resources needs, created job descriptions for different positions, treated candidatures, conducted interviews, hired and supervised 4 employees;
Supervise and manage the team for pre and after sales support for Europe, US and Asia;
Supervise and contribute to the development of presentations, application notes, products’ documentation, demonstration material;
Identify and develop opportunities with existing and new customers/prospects;

CWS commercializes a comprehensive and independent software platform dedicated to the successful integration of analogue and RF blocks in complex SoCs (System On Chips).
Restructured and reinforced the R&D human resources increasing teamwork productivity: evaluated resources needs, created job descriptions for different positions, treated candidatures, conducted interviews, hired and supervised 4 employees;
Managed R&D team (up to 7 engineers): tasks prioritization, planning and assignment, roadmap elaboration, conducted performance reviews. Released 4 versions of the commercial platform;
