Developing and implementing event projects (corporate, sport, gala dinner, awards night, conferences, auction, sport competitions, special events for the media, sponsors, VIPs, hospitality packages ...)
Onsite management of events with a creative approach to problem solving
Briefing & scheduling with service providers
Creating promotional tools for the general public or specific guests
Administering budgets & negotiating with venues and suppliers
Logistics management, fieldwork, event setup and team briefing
Building run-sheets, procedures and team schedules
Managing the reception of guests
Flights &accommodation bookings, ground transfers
Write the event report for sponsors, institutionnal partners or board & direction
