  • COMMUNICATIONS:
    Coordinating communication around territorial development strategy, crisis management procedures and the Celebrity Ambassadors Committee

  • PRESS RELATIONS:
    • Coordinating with international, national and regional press agencies, local authorities and sponsors (Alltech, Land Rover, Rolex, France Télévisions…) as well as international and national sport federations and foreign journalists (1,750 media accredited).
    • Manage all media inquiries to gain regional, national and international coverage.
    • Organizing media-training for the CEO, the sport director and the team leaders.
    • Managing the PR reporting for the Organizing Committee
    • Organizing media events (conferences, trips, special events)
    • Drafting key elements for speakers/ Following-up requests for interviews
