MANAGEMENT: Recruiting, training and managing a team. (2 px full-time in the lead-up and 10 px during the event)
PRESS RELATIONS:
Coordinating with international, national and regional press agencies, local authorities and sponsors (Alltech, Land Rover, Rolex, France Télévisions…) as well as international and national sport federations and foreign journalists (1,750 media accredited).
Manage all media inquiries to gain regional, national and international coverage.
Organizing media-training for the CEO, the sport director and the team leaders.

EVENT PLANNING:
Developing and implementing projects.
Building the event run-sheets, determining the procedures, organising the team’s planning, making transport & accommodation bookings.
Creating promotional flyers for the general public or VIP invitations for guests.
Managing the logistics during the setup of the event and the teams briefings.
Follow the sponsorship activations on events and ensure sponsorship deliverables are met.
Writing the event report.
DIGITAL: Coordinating and updating of the social media platforms and 3 websites with the help of an internal graphic designer.
MEDIA RELATIONS: Coordinating the General media relations including the Prix d’Amérique race (500 journalists, national TV live broadcasts, €6M media coverage: 4h30 TV broadcasts and 550 press articles).
PUBLIC RELATIONS & HOSPITALITY: VIP guests and sponsors during prestigious events, media events and sponsors with namings rights races.

It is the Equestrian Regional Committee for Paris and the Ile-de-France region : 8 departments, more than 600 horse-riding schools, 10.000 members.
I worked on all the program of the summer events (championships for horse-riding schools level to Professional level at "Le Grand Parquet de Fontainebleau")
