As the product manager's assistant, I took part of product conception from the very first briefing until its conception and distribution. During my trainee period, I followed the Autumn Winter 12 and Spring Summer 13's products for the Men, Women, and Children collections.

Animation of our test panels (Meet, Recruit, and follow our testers)
Animation of round table in order to gather key information on products
Set up senior store salesman training
Define new packaging solution taking care of logistic, merchandising, consumer needs, etc.)
