RPA (Robotics Process Automation) Technology: • Working on Automation Anywhere (RPA) tool. • Responsible for managing/supporting and troubleshooting 200+ automation anywhere bots running on various production servers for various process in commercial banking sector. • Implemented End to End Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for 4 processes in commercial banking sector using Automation Anywhere. The RPA implementation resulted in 20 FTE savings and 50% AHT. • Created bot in automation anywhere tool to created Bots multiple RDP connections on jump host server. • Wrote powershell script to autolaunch the automation anywhere client process on multiple production servers which reduced manual work & time of launching AA process. • Troubleshooting & resolving many issues related to automation anywhere bot in production. • Keeping tracks of each and every automation anywhere bot issue/incident along with process details/name,case id and jira number. • Extracting the incident/case reports and providing reports to management. • Knowledge of geneos monitoring tool. • Setting up alerts for various servers on geneos monitoring tool.
