A resident of Frisco, Texas, Alyssa Kotomi Luhrs is currently pursuing an associate of science degree with an emphasis on anatomy and microbiology at Collin Community College. To complement her science education and her goal to become a nurse, Alyssa Kotomi Luhrs has achieved certifications in AED, first aid, and adult and pediatric CPR. She is working her way through college as a part-time server at a high-end Sushi restaurant called Kotta Sushi in her hometown of Frisco.
Outside of her science classes, she has taken courses in speech presentation and has attended speech seminars focused on public speaking and business communication. She is proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Alyssa attended Centennial High School, where she completed her high school coursework while playing volleyball and running track. She was named MVP of the school’s volleyball team in 2011 and was also a member of the French club. In her free time, she enjoys attending concerts and traveling.
