While working toward her bachelor of arts in studio arts from Arizona State University (ASU) in Tempe, Alycia Brudner served two years as the gallery exhibitions manager for ASU’s Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. She subsequently found employment as a merchandise analyst with TJX Companies in Natick, Massachusetts, where she evaluated sales data and other information to create advertisements and allocate products according to specific purchasing trends. After serving several years with TJX, Alycia Brudner returned to the academic environment to obtain a master of education in health and consumer sciences at Framingham State University in Framingham, Massachusetts.
Alycia Brudner served a year as a student teacher with Elm Street Junior High School in Nashua, New Hampshire, before going on to hold various teaching positions with Milford Public Schools in Milford, Massachusetts. Since 2015, she has served as a health and nutrition teacher at Milford High School. Ms. Brudner is committed to promoting social emotional learning while using positive behavioral intervention support to deal with discipline issues and foster academic success.
