In 2014 we implemented ARIS as enterprise artifact repository, linking App and Technical objects to the Business Architecture & Process models we had in the same tool. In 2015 we worked in a whole AS-IS App Map with all Business leaders and their Process teams, an we continued to work with them in 2016-2017 in the TO-BE, Target Architectures and the strategic 2-5 years road-maps to get there

I had the pleasure of build and lead not only IT but also multi discipline multi business large and sometimes scattered teams, taking them from early stages to the high performance stage needed to archive ambitious and complex projects

I had to explain sometimes complex technical ideas to technical audiences (admins and developers) and non-technical audiences (business stakeholders, C-Level) and get them both audiences exited and committed about supporting and implementing our ideas

Many times I had make critical decisions with incomplete or ambiguous information, gathering all the info I could in a limited time frame to make a quick but informed choice when it was required

I like to work by objectives and results, I don't stand micromanagement. I don't have any trouble in failing: architecture is not an exact science and I prefer to fail early than late and learn fast. In some specific cases, I planned to fail, learn and advance fast

I not only dealt with internal clients, but also between forces of different BU: taking multi-business projects could end in a war of egos, and more than once I as a cross wide area had to mediate between different internal stakeholder interests. Also dealt with external business associates and big and small vendors

Not all the ideas get sell at the first time, neither all the solutions and architectures work always as desired. I don't give up easily, and most of my successful ideas were built over the foundations of my failures.
Working in AWS with Public Sector, Resiliency is a must.

I love to give goals and responsibilities, and to act more as a coach than a boss. I also enjoy developing professionals so they can do my job (or grow in other jobs) in the future. There are all kind of people, but I been very successfully giving people tools and allowing them to fail, learn and finally triumph than telling them what to do. I had very good results with all generations, from centennials to X. I even coached some baby boomers that were exited to learn new things
