Under the supervision of the Product Director, I manage the People Profiles & Food Production areas, including interfaces with Electronic Health Record systems
Maintain communication with other departments and key customers to continue learning about user needs and pain points
Maintain a clear roadmap based on most impactful features for effort
Backlog grooming and prioritization
Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement and Estimation with a squad of dev and QA
User acceptance testing
Release coordination: Release notes, Updates to documentation & Demo
