Folies is a french bakery and pastry company which provide products to hotels, restaurants, modern trades and professionals in all Asia. Folies was created in 1991, opened bakery restaurants in Bangkok. Now Folies still work in B to C but prefer to develop its B to B activity. As a trainee I worked in a team in order to increase sales, develop the activity and spread brand name throughout Asia.
Ensure the commercial animation and order wine according to demand and stock.
Merchandising and Marketing decision for the store.
Realize the closes of cash registers.
Insure the management of the store alone, according to the procedures of the Sales management.
Operate the ways appropriate to insure the best commercial performance, in particular set up and follow the thematic animations on products, respect schedules, price lists.
Being personally responsible of the stock for an amount about 120.000,00 euros.
Ensure all the shop task alone from the opening until the closure.
Help customers to identify the product made for them according to their expectation, their experience or their tastes thanks to an appropriate learning of Nicolas products and of wine field.
Detailed Description
During the 2015th summer Nicolas® offers me the opportunity to handle a lot of responsabilities and autonomy by proposing me to replace one of their Shop manager and cavist during its holiday (2 months). After a proper training with the cavist (2 weeks), he go on holiday and confide me the shop keys. I handeled the same responsabilities and status as he do during the year. During those 2 months I handeled all the shop responsabilities by myself.
