Driven, hard-working, and inherently committed, I have utilized this ability to develop new strategies, communicate opportunities, and lead teams to accomplish them. I have undertaken these roles as an entrepreneur, R&D director, innovation leader, and agent of social change at various stages of my career.
I have always been hands-on with technology since my early years and pursued my studies as an MSc. Telecom Engineer, providing me with a strong technological foundation to underpin these new business innovations.
With a deep passion for people, I have delved into thorough research on competencies and behaviors to comprehend how individuals can drive value creation and establish new businesses through technology.
After more than 20 years in various sectors (banking, telecom, consumer electronics, aeronautics, automotive, manufacturing, etc.), I continue to pose numerous questions and diligently work each day to uncover the answers.
Managing Partner. Secretary of the Board. I lead a company with 11 shareholders, including 3 VCs and +1M€ assets under management.
Business Development. We build and sell an AI copilot for worker enablement in the factories. We worked with manufacturers like DANOBAT, MAGNA, ADHEX or INDAERO. We were awarded TOP50 startup in MWC-4YFN.
Team Leadership. I lead a diverse team of 18 people for product, sales and operations.
Fundraising and Grants. I secured 360K€ in equity and +2M€ in grants.
