I have undertaken these roles as an entrepreneur, R&D director, innovation leader, and agent of social change at various stages of my career.
I have always been hands-on with technology since my early years and pursued my studies as an MSc. Telecom Engineer, providing me with a strong technological foundation to underpin these new business innovations.
With a deep passion for people, I have delved into thorough research on competencies and behaviors to comprehend how individuals can drive value creation and establish new businesses through technology.
After more than 20 years in various sectors (banking, telecom, consumer electronics, aeronautics, automotive, manufacturing, etc.), I continue to pose numerous questions and diligently work each day to uncover the answers.
Member of the Steering Committee. Reporting to the President, I advised the Board in mid-term & long-term product strategy.
R&D leadership. I defined the 2007-2009 R&D Plan, built the internal R&D lab, led a team of 18 engineers, gathered 1M€ annual budget from grants and established an open innovation ecosystem.
Product innovation. I led the team that built some of the most awesome connected home entertainment devices in the world. I opened business with top semiconductor and technology giants. We created global innovations in the OTT market that we showcased in CES Las Vegas 2009.
