To highlight a key aspect of my professional profile, I would say that I am a lateral thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities by leveraging technology to drive change in established markets.

I have always been hands-on with technology since my early years and pursued my studies as an MSc. Telecom Engineer, providing me with a strong technological foundation to underpin these new business innovations.
With a deep passion for people, I have delved into thorough research on competencies and behaviors to comprehend how individuals can drive value creation and establish new businesses through technology.
After more than 20 years in various sectors (banking, telecom, consumer electronics, aeronautics, automotive, manufacturing, etc.), I continue to pose numerous questions and diligently work each day to uncover the answers.

- Managing Partner. Secretary of the Board. I lead a company with 11 shareholders, including 3 VCs and +1M€ assets under management.
- Business Development. We build and sell an AI copilot for worker enablement in the factories. We worked with manufacturers like DANOBAT, MAGNA, ADHEX or INDAERO. We were awarded TOP50 startup in MWC-4YFN.
- Team Leadership. I lead a diverse team of 18 people for product, sales and operations.
- Fundraising and Grants. I secured 360K€ in equity and +2M€ in grants.

- Fundraising and Grants. I secured +1M€ in grants for R&D projects.

- Managing Director. President of the Board. I founded and led the company (known as iQUBE research) to offer Innovation Management and Product Innovation.
- Innovation Management. We closed innovation services contracts with some big corporations in Spain like Meliá, La Caixa, ING Direct.
- Product Innovation. We built tech for the drones market, like LIFESEEKER, a global innovation in Search and Rescue. I reached agreements with companies like BOEING, CENTUM, INDRA or GRADIANT.
- Advising. CENTUM acquired iQUBE and rebranded the company as CENTUM research & technology. I transferred my leadership role and became advisor. I advised them in the Civil UAVs Initiative where we secured +3M€ in contracts
- Fundraising and Grants. I obtained a total amount of +2M€ in grants and advised their +1M€ seed round to make LIFESEEKER a global market leader.

- Member of the Steering Committee. Reporting to the CEO, I was responsible to transform the business of the company through product and service innovation.
- Innovation Management. I promoted a process that generated +100 proposals and launched 10 new services for Telco and Aerospace Industries and a new business line of electronics for the Unmanned Aircraft Industry (UAV, RPAS, drones, etc.)
- Strategic Planning. Upon request from shareholders I led the definition and deployment of the 2012-2015 Strategic Plan which involved +5M€ investments.

- Member of the Steering Committee. Reporting to the President, I advised the Board in mid-term & long-term product strategy.
- R&D leadership. I defined the 2007-2009 R&D Plan, built the internal R&D lab, led a team of 18 engineers, gathered 1M€ annual budget from grants and established an open innovation ecosystem.
- Product innovation. I led the team that built some of the most awesome connected home entertainment devices in the world. I opened business with top semiconductor and technology giants. We created global innovations in the OTT market that we showcased in CES Las Vegas 2009.
