Academic business project in collaboration with CEMS and EDP's Retail Company (EDP Comercial).
The scope of the project included: customer centricity assessment, formulation of recommendations on applicable new and improved CRM practices.
Strong analytical, presentation and time management skills were required during the development of the project.

Uniplaces is an online marketplace for booking student accommodation. Based in Lisbon, the platform was founded in 2012 by Portuguese Miguel Amaro, Argentine Mariano Kostelec and Brit Ben Grech. As of October 2015, students from over 140 countries have booked with Uniplaces for a total of more than 500,000 nights.
