Cooperating with Human Resources Compensation and Benefits departments within the International Mobility Team. Helping in the management of international transferees (both out and in bound) in the Company.
Calculate and determine expatriates’ benefits and allowances according to International Assignment policy
Organize payroll, tax planning and compliance and social security for expatriates
Liaise with Company immigration providers to ensure compliance with local immigration laws.
Co-ordinate the overall visa process and intervene with local HR Managers as required Ensure that global mobility protocols & processes are followed
Liaise with HR, external providers and mobility partners
Focal point for EMEA HR community in providing direction and knowledge sharing for work permit guidance, requirements and statutory regulations.
