Meeting with Meeting Organizers for briefings, obtaining all relevant material for the presentations, preparing the virtual meeting room.
Setting up and preparing all technical and operational requirement to provide remote participation service in ITU events.
Training of 15 + delegates to the Adobe Connect software to participate in a teleconference
Moderation of interventions, spokesperson for the delegates to the ITU in front of 20-30 people, transmission of their comments and questions to the presenter.
Connect physical and virtual meetings, and negotiate with the Chairman of each meeting to allow remote participants to make their interventions.
Coordinate with the meeting organizer the type of access, the format of the interventions, and any technical or operations requirement.
Offering real-time technical assistance on Adobe Connect.
After the meetings, provide detailed report and statistics on the flow of the meetings to all involved parties.
