Alex Zylberglait joined Marcus & Millichap in 2003 and continues to lead the financial institution as a senior managing director of investments. In this position, he exclusively handles matters of investment brokerage and related transactions unique to commercial properties. Alex Zylberglait has also drawn on comprehensive experience in the areas of commercial real estate investment analysis and valuation while serving the needs of various clients. At Marcus & Millichap, he has overseen over $550 million in real estate transactions, such as the Bank of the Region building in Coral Gables, Florida. He has consistently ranked as one of the firm’s top agents nationwide.
Before he joined Marcus & Millichap, Alex Zylberglait held advisory roles with firms such as Ernst & Young. Outside of his endeavors with the company, he engages with professional organizations and speaks at notable industry events, such as the recent Negocios USA International Seminar in Buenos Aires. He has also appeared in media outlets including the Wall Street Journal and the Miami Herald.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economic geography from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master of business administration from the University of Illinois.
