I managed the purchase of a portfolio of more than 70 million pesos per month of national and import chemical products for manufacture of personal care products, negotiating with the main domestic and foreign manufacturers corporate prices, rebates, payment and delivery terms.
I generated monthly savings of 3% of the total purchase chemical portfolio, I negotiated, directly with the manufacturer by eliminating the distributor, the supply and price of the main chemical used at tissue paper production. I developed a national supplier for liquid solution used in manufacture of wet wipes.

I participated in bidding projects as Diesel Ultra Low Sulfur Plant at Cadereyta N.L for PEMEX, and Revamp for Altamira Thermoelectric Power Plant for CFE, realizing technical and commercial evaluations of th main national and foreign suppliers of process, instrumentation and electrical equipment that allows to improve cost, logistics, construction and commissioning of these facilities.

I replayed dynamic simulation models of real operating conditions, providing alternatives for site improvements.
