My goals in my professional life are growing up in all technician areas and add more skills and knowledge. I'm a person who likes the life and learn about new technology like robots, software programming and automation. I am autodidactic I like to learn new things not only in my career all kind of things that can let me grow up.
Leader of 25 sustaining technicians reporting to me, they were in charge of 7 lines of production test in the company, taking care of all non-conformant material. I was supporting all of them, applying a new ways to improve the time of the disposition of the non-conformant material.
Give a train to the new technicians and reinforcing to all technicians in all new strategies to give disposition correctly/faster to the non-conformant material.
Develops tools to sustaining team to search mavericks more easy, validate QA/Re
