  • Human Resources : I am in charge of the management of nearly 100 operators. I plan the use of human resources. Organize growth and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules and control pay slips. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.
  • Production : I am also monitoring weekly the activity KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary. Ensure the quality of services provided to customers.
  • Strategic Input : I am in liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
  • I worked on creating and implementing a marketing strategy for the 25th anniversary of the company, on a very competitive market :

  • Creation of a new visual identity,

  • Upgrade of the multimedia tools (website in 2 languages and video conference software).
